The company has been operating for seven decades and its products have been used by more than 50, 000 small and large organizations of almost all industries and sectors. It is affiliated with Commission on Adult basic Education (COABE), American College of Healthcare Sciences, American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU), Netchemia’s School Recruiters, Steck-Vaughn, and Imagine America Foundation (IAF).
Wonderlic provides three types of surveys – employment, education and customer satisfaction. Its employment surveys include New Hire Survey (which assesses satisfaction level and productivity of recently hired employees), Employee Opinion Survey (which assesses satisfaction level of employees and gathers their feedback on various organizational aspects), Loss Prevention Survey (which assesses compliance of employees with company policies and formulates updates and replacements of current procedures and internal communications), 360 Review (which aims to amplify employee and organizational performance by collecting feedbacks from supervisors, vendors, customers and managers) and Exit Survey (which collects feedbacks from exiting employees for improvement and enhancements in organization). It conducts six education surveys which include New Student Opinion Survey, Student Opinion Survey, Instructor Evaluation, Graduate Satisfaction Survey, Employer Satisfaction of Graduates Survey, and Parent Satisfaction Survey. Its Customer Satisfaction Survey assesses customer’s satisfaction and change in trends.
Wonderlic provides assessments in four categories- Cognitive ability, Skills, Behavioral reliability, and Personality. These assessments are used for evaluation of students, hiring, adult basic education, and Workforce Investment Act programs. These assessments are-
Cognitive Ability Tests: – These tests assess an individual’s problem solving skills. These include three tests- Wonderlic Cognitive Ability Pretest, Wonderlic Contemporary Cognitive Ability Test, and Wonderlic Classic Cognitive Ability Test for pre-employment assessment and three tests- Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam Pretest, Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam, and Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam Distance Learner at scholastic level.
Skills Tests: – These tests evaluate a candidate’s knowledge of Mathematics, English and Office softwares. There are six skills tests offered by Wonderlic- Basic Skills Test (WBST), Basic Skills Test – Ability to Benefit, Office and Software Skills Tests, General Assessment of Instructional Needs, Writing Skills Evaluation, and Perceptual Ability Test.
Behavioral Reliability Tests: – These tests are used for evaluation of employee’s productivity. There are three behavioral reliability tests- Behavioral Risk Profile, Behavioral Risk Profile-Plus, and Work Readiness Assessment.
Personality Tests: – These tests are used for evaluation of employees for a position or training program in organization. There are three personality tests- Five Factor Personality Profile, Seven Factor Personality Profile, and Entrepreneurial Profile.
